I emailed FNB customer support a week ago for two things:
-I urgently need to change my fee structure so that I get unlimited transactions for having a balance of R9000 per month. (For some reason, I can't seem to do that online?)
-I want to find out about the insurance for my smartphone
I'm still waiting for a response!
So I went to Rondebosch branch this morning but there were only two sales people so it wasn't even worth waiting. Also, your website facility for increasing overdrafts doesn't work.
Why is your service slipping so much? I'm not impressed!
