No product, No refurnd, Poor communication

Purchased Air-o-space voucher on 19 Nov - delivery within 4 weeks. I am currently still waiting for this product. Week 4, I sent an email to find out if product will arrive on time - NO RESPONSE! Morning of 20 Dec, a few days past the delivery date, I emailed to find out if the product will be delivered that week, as I need it for our holidays - STILL NO RESPONSE.By the end of the day on 20 Dec, I phoned the call center. After waiting in line for over and hour, I was told that they had issues with the couriers and that a manager will call me the following day - STILL WAITING. On 27 Dec Jill responds and says that I didn't redeem my order, contradicting the call center story. The voucher clearly states: "No need for further action or redemption after checkout . -Allow up to four weeks for delivery." On 3 Jan I followed up again and receive response from Cheryl only saying: "Hard at work resolving queries." On 9 Jan I follow up again - NO RESPONSE. On 18 Jan I follow up again and ask for refund - NO RESPONSE. Today 23 Jan, followed up again and taking action by leaving my comment on Hello Peter. I'm also lodging a formal complaint with National Consumer Commission Tel: 0860 266 786
