No response from my prestige banke

Hello

I have contacted the prestige hotline on Friday 26th August with regards to my overdraft facility. I was promised that the matter would be referred to my prestige banker Ms Adams (Rondebosch branch) who would then contact me. When Ms Adams did not get back to me on the following Monday 29th, I additionally wrote an email to her. However, after one week, I still have not got any response from her.

A while ago (10th July), I contacted Ms Adams via email with regards to different matter where I also never got any response.
