Still NO Response

"How can we help you? " You can help me by getting someone to contact me regarding the same issue I have been harping on about for the last month! To date I have received ONE phone call from Jeremy where he had said it would take 24-48 hours to contact me again regarding a refund that is still pending. It might not seem like a ton of money to other people but R 640 (as agreed with Jeremy who was trying to sort this out for me) is a lot for me that I need to use for my daughter. I find the service completely lacking and this is disgusting. I have called and used the reference given to me by customer support and was told that someone would come back to me, I'm still waiting. I have now emailed a complaint AGAIN through to FNB and STILL not got a response!! All I want is a resolution!!! I can't believe that it takes over a month to resolve an issue that should only take a few days. Where is the service that we are promised day in and day out with your ads?? Please sort it out!
