I called Roxanne Smith at the Rondebosch branch (021 680 4716) on Friday and left a message for her to call me back urgently regarding my online payment limit (which is currently R0 and needs to be adjusted so that I can make urgent online transfers). Four days later and she still hasn't returned my call. I've been trying her this morning but her phone just keeps ringing. This is the worst customer service I've received from a bank and is yet another reason I should close this account as soon as possible.
