I went to Absa Centurion to get a bank statement and the self service machine was out of order, the line inside the bank was ridiculously long. I asked Nadene if there was another Absa branch close by but instead of that she quickly helped me, Most banking experiences is very frustrating and the lines are always long! I just want to say thank you for the help and great service! It saved me so much time and was very impressed by her helpfulness.
