I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Asanda Tsengwa, for the excellent service she provided me on the 3rd of May 2013 at the Langeberg mall ABSA branch. I was standing in line to deposit money at the A.T.M when the machine swallowed the money of a gentleman before me.
I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch. However, Ms. Tsengwa's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations.
Within a few minutes, she was able to not just solve the gentleman's problem but to assist me as well although the queues in the bank were very long.
Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with ABSA Bank for years to come.
