I ask why my debits have not been switched

I joined Capitec two months ago hoping to get better service. I was promised the moon and the stars and that the transition from FNB to Capitec would be smooth. Now I have a bad credit record becuase of people at Capitec not doing their work properly! I was promised that they would switch my debits and I do not have to worry about that... now for the second month my Cell C was not paid, my MWEB was not paid and my Gym membership also not paid... what about my TV licence that is also suppose to go off. Capitec, I am going to sue you for damaging my credit record and for the inconvience of being called by people asking WHY I am not paying! Your people had more than enough time to sort this out, now I am the one suffering for your poeples incompetence!!
