Capitec Bank

I have been a royal customer for Capitec and money was taken from my account with out my consent. The bank is aware of this yet hasnt shown interest in waring their clientele nor by putting measures in place to ensure our monies are safe. They claim to have caught the suspects yet refuse to refund me. I feel that while my money is in the bank the bank should take full responsibility of what happens to it.
I feel that capital needs to take responsibility for what happens in accounts and I need my money to be refunded into my account, what is happening is totally unacepted and unprofessional and please employee people who knows their job unlyk calling your call centre and get people who are doing what they are told and refuse to hear your side of the story, when R7500 goes missing into your account you need answers and want it refunded I'm not reach like you so that means I need that money. I hope this mater will be resolved before I start making noise because it is my money and I want it back
