I was trying to make a booking on Computicket but I could not complete this the OTP was sent to my very very old number, hence I could not make a purchase! Then I called 3D secure who then would have reset my access so that I can do the purchase, but then the web site of computicket was not working! Needles to say that now I cant do anything because the people who were supposed to update my contact details did not do. They said that my PIN will be sent to my postal address, that was more than 3 months ago, I did not get my PIN even, again, not allowing me to use the card. The only other option I have is to go the Absa branch and update my details there and get a new PIN, but really, why must I be inconvenienced by people not doing their job correctly.
