For the last 2 weeks now I have been begging Bayport to send me a settlement letter confirming that my account has been paid off and closed. Have spoken to 3 people already and no one seem to send me the required information. How difficult can it be to send me the settlement letter? You were quick to load 2 judgements against me for the small amount which was outstanding and now when I am trying to clear my name and everything you take forever to respond. Can someone please contact me or BETTER YET, DON'T CONTACT ME JUST SEND ME THE REQUIRED LETTER SO I CAN GET TRANSUNION TO CLEAR MY NAME PLEASE!!!
