I went to Standard bank in Midrand (Boulders) on Saturday to collect my cheque card as per sms message. It took me more than an hour just to do that. They were only two employees assisting us on the enquiries desk and I was not even sure if i was on the right quee. I'm not sure if the bank is trying to save costs by allocating few staff members while it has so many clients. I had other things to do which i ended up cancelling. I have banked with you ever since I was sixteen but delay made me contemplate my long stay with you. BAD SERVICE!!!
