I took out a person loan from Nedbank in November 2013 with Nedbank. The contract states that the debit order will be deducted on my pay date (I could not change this). My pay date is on the 25th of every month. I got an sms today indicating that I must ensure I have money in my account for the debit order today the 24th, which I don't have as this is not what the contract says. Now there is a return amount showing on my bank statement which makes me look like a bad payer. According to me this is breach of contract, but I don't want to take the necessary steps for fixing my credit rating unless this is a recurring problem. Please get your act together and ensure this is fixed ASAP as I don't want to go through this every month for the next 4 years (the loan term).
