I had a personal loan with Standard bank and agreed upon 30 months payment which i have paid, the contract have been active from 29Jun 2010 and supposed to ended on December 2012 due two oustanding two months it should be ending Feb 2013. I equired with the bank about the contract balance which turned to be a night mare, the bank states that i still owe them 3778 which will be extra more 5 months to pay. made calls from the bank and personal, sent mails without a conclusion. i have plenty of reference numbers; 520 92512, 37245918, 52454920 and this inquiry was lodged early Feb 2013 with different branches without luck and no feedback from consulted to date. Made full settlement of 3778 to the bank, however the balance was showing at ITC.. i want all my money back because i dont know what was the money for; Opened cheque account with the bank and stoped using it completely now the bank's attorney calls me all the time saying i owe the bank 890 for not using my account which i wanted to close but the bank refused to. I so much hate the bank. the service is not up to standard and no one wants to take resposibility, i spent almost 300 for airtime calling the bank.
