WHY did I choose std bank VAF?

I recently bought a car through VAF. Before collecting the car and signing the contract I telephonically discussed it with 1 of your consultant and 1 of the questions I asked was when will I start paying. He told me payment can start 60 days from collection and we agreed on 25 July, a week before 60 days end. The person who came to the car dealer for the signing of contract didn't show this to me on the contract as I had already discussed this with the consultant. I also was not given a copy of the large document that I signed. On 1 July the bank decided to deduct the 1st payment, which ofcourse was not provided for. Now my account is in arrears and I'm being told the only y to correct this is if I write a letter to say that instalment must be spread over the term of the contract.

As if this is not enough my interest rate has also been increased from what I was quoted on initially. I rote and faxed a letter explaining why I'm in arrears and agreeing to spread the installment but now I'm told I must submit a form detailing my mony expenses. Imy question is what for? My expenses have nothing to do with why I'm in arrears. And I submitted it with my application very recently
