I have been with Absa idirect for over 5 years, laid a claim and was told that she would talk to her supervisor and get back to me, that was two and a half weeks ago. I called back today and was told that my claim was denied. I called outsurance, compared their quote and signed up with them. called absa back to cancel my policy and they didn't even ask why I was cancelling!! No one is bothered. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!
