ACCOUNT CLOSED WITHOUT NOTIFICATION

FNB BUSINESS BANKING CLOSED MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH PRIOR NOTICE.

WE VISITED ROSEBANK BRANCH IN MAY TO QUERY THE STATUS OF THE ACCOUNT AND REASON FOR THE EXTREME CHARGES ON THE MONTHLY.

THE CONSULTANTS ASSISTED US AND CHANGED THE FEE STRUCTURE TO THE MINIMUM AND WHEN WE WANTED TO SETTLED THE ACCOUNT AT THE END OF JUNE WE COULD NOT MAKE A PAYMENT.

NO ONE FROM THE BRANCH OR EVEN THE BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER CALLED OR SENT A MESSAGE TO INFORM UD OF THIS CLOSURE.

WE FIND THIS TO BE AN UNDESIRABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE.

WE WANT A RESOLUTION TO THIS ACCOUNT CLOSURE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
