I called into the the FNB call centre and spoke to the above consultant. This lady was completely arrogant, continued to interrupt and speak above me. I myself am in the customer service industry and would be fired if I ever addresed a customer as Lydia did to me. She was of absolutely no help and just made the situation worse and frustrated me to a point where I asked to speak to a manager. Upon requesting this, Lydia REFUSED to transfer me. I would like this matter to be addressed urgently! I have been a customer of FNB for over 10 years and am completely disgusted by the service I have just received and am now considering placing this exact complaint on as many public platforms as possible as well as changing over to a bank that treats their clients fairly!
