Call about CC - not correct person

Good day Lydia Jonhson,

I address this complaint to you as Loriena is reporting to you. At 10h28 on 26/2/13 I get a call from Loriena (Call Centre) in connection with a Credit Card. Firstly when I answered my phone, she took a while to respond, after several times of saying "hello" she eventually just said "May I have your D.O.B". Secondly, I asked her can she please tell me in connection with what this call is about. She answered "about your Standard Bank CC", so I gave her my D.O.B. Then she started talking about "thank you for your payment on the 9/1/13 of R2000". I stopped her and asked, "who would you like to speak to? Very arrogant she says, "what is your D.O.B". I said to her that I have already given you my DOB but surely you dont listen on what is given to you, cause you are talking to the wrong person.

Lydia - please ensure your staff speaks to the correct person in future and LISTEN on what information is given to them before they start with their story. This is very unprofessional from Loriena. This just shows you on how your staff is actually doing there work. The call from Loriena came from 0119816600
