My uncle took a loan from them in 2011 and he wants a settlement amount from them and they keep sending him from pillar to post not giving him a straight answer they made him sign a settlement request the beginning of this month which he doesn't understand when he calls them they send him from one department to the other and the disturbing part is that he took 14000 from them in 2011 but they tell him he owes them 18000 for a settlement which he can't understand and they don't even take the time out to explain in detail to him and when i call them they are quick to say its not my account while they cant even show courtesy to the account holder and all he wants to know is how much he owes them and how much it's ging to cost him to settle the account
