First National Bank
NO RESPONSE

I went into the branch on Saturday morning. I applied for vehicle finance. I was told my pre-approval was successful and that someone from Wesbank will give me a call on Monday or Tuesday.

I called the branch this morning at 11:00am to follow up. Lydia answered the call and told me she would get Lebogang to give me a call back. This did not happen. I called again an hour later and this time Cathy took my call. I asked to speak to Lebogang and she said she was still busy and she would pass the message for a callback. I called again after 2pm and Lydia answered again. I asked for the manager and she refused to transfer me to Julie and said she would get Julie to call, needless to say that never happened.

It is now 3:20pm and I am still an unhappy FNB customer.
