NewApplications - Waste of time and a month late

On the 1st July 2013 - I walked into the FNB Branch in Randburg to apply for credit card, at the point I waited for an hour and half to be attended to. Once I was attended to, the service I got was great, from T.Matona where she tolld me that my application was approved and I should receive and sms in 5 days' time to pick up my new credit card. The only reason why I am applying for a credit card, as I am going overseas on the 7th August, which is what I told the consultant who helped me. One week passes and I haven't heard anything - So I get a call from Llawrence saying please send through your ID as its too Dark - which I did, A week and a half passes and I still haven't received anything. I gave FNB call on the 24th August, got pushed from Pillar to post and eventually I got the correct number for New Applications. I spoke to the Lady Kumenen who said I will sort this out - please resend everything through - which I did. I called FNB back on the same day saying that the email bounced - they then said resend everything through to [Email Removed] I was told it will still take another 5 working days to sort this out. The service received from FNB. NO SERVICE
