When i started useing my chueque card with FNB i was not getting my ebucks rewards, i called FNB they said they will back date and i will get the points from when i started using the card, said by June they will be reflection on my statement but still i dont have them.called the call centre and was thransfered to the Ebucks department who could not assis me and said i should call FNB
