After numerous attempts to obtain information regarding the progress of my claim from Ms Jabulile Gumede, Claims Administrator, I still have no clue as to what the hold up is. Alexander Forbes keep passing the buck, stating the employer has not submitted the information, which is NOT the case.
I have forwarded numerous emails to provide the same documentation repeatedly. I am incredibly frustrated with the fact the the Administrator does simply NOT update feedback on the system, leaving the Call Centre at a loss and me MORE FRUSTRATED and above all she is never available to attend to my query.
It should NOT be this insanely difficult to have MY CLAIM resolved, paying out MY MONEY!
Please could ANYONE provide me with feedback regarding my claim???
