I simply cannot understand the feedback these agents at the call centres give you. they are NOT trained properly. I have been trying to close my bond since March this year and cannot get a straight answer. Everytime I call to check on the progress I'm told a different story!!!
Please someone with adequate knowledge at FNB Home Loans... HELP!!!
