I opened a cheque account in March and had to ask in June for statements although charged monthly neve recieved them after 5 phone calls and follow up and eventual (going into branch 16/070 TO DRAW A ONE PAGE MANUAL STATEMENT MYSELF (AND COMPLAINT REF:63739338) I was charged R89 for one page statement the bank has had 60hour to reverse this ammount and still hasnt credited the 11statement charged for when I only got a one page print out (no letter head just plain summary) I also fwd all my emails through proving not only was I to in email by a bank employee but also a email showing my email was only read after I complained and escalated the matter. If this is how Nedbank manages new accounts I shudder to think what else gets charged for or mismanaged!!! I demand adequate resolution for this matter as unless I call in there seems to be zero feedback happening on this matter! I have requested Ombudsmans contact details in writing days ago and also no response on Nedbanks side
