On the 14th of march i went to FNB branch next to the Star am not sure of the street but i think its Sauer street, I went to ask for a bank statement just for my bank account information in written document with bank stamp, on Monday when i checked my statement on cell phone banking only to found out that i was charged R49 for a statement, it was not even one full page with information it was half a page info, how can you guys charged me so much? first of all am on a student account and now i called to ask they said i need to go to the very same branch so that they can correct the mistake so now i have to carry all an expense for for the mistake that you did if you did a mistake. another Question is what if i was in onother province and same problems hapens do i have to go back to the same branch? If a stament cost that much this days am soory but i will have to councel banking with FNB.
