Unprofessional and unethical attitude

I am thoroughly shocked that Nedbank Ltd should employ the services of such an unprofessional and unethical law firm. I received a threatening and harassment call from one of their attorneys.. I have kept Nedbank fully in the loop regarding my financial position both in writing and verbally and to be treated in this manner by one of their providers is disgusting.
