No response after emails and call

Mo 23 July 2013
o I contacted Indwe (I am insured with them) to enquire update on legal matter afte car accident. Indwe is underwritten by Santam.
o Indwe emailed Santam, to enquire update.
o I call Ernette at Santam Legal Dpt but understood from reception that Ernette is only back the next day and was referred to Morris, but there was no answer. I email Ernette and asked for urgent advice. No response.

We 24 July 2013
o I left a telephone message for Ernette to phone me.
o No call back.

We 25 July 2013
o I emailed Ernette again with request to call me.
o No call back.
o Ernette send an email to another employee (Shamilla) indicating that she is responsible for this matter
o Still no one has contacted me.
o I phone again now, but understand that office hours is until 16h15.

I reported this issue to Minolen Nair (indicated as person to contact for service at Santam) subsequently - her out of office reply is that she is only at the office on 29 July 2013 - no alternative contact particulars.

Poor service with no call back or communication.
