On the 31 July 2013 one of Santams clients caused an accident by skipping a stop street. Ever since I have been trying to get response out of Santam to have my vehicle fixed. I had to send the documents and photos more than once, when I spoke to Nicolene Le Roux at Indwe Risk (the clients broker) on Thursday she said to me she normaly advice the people not to claim from them because this is an long difficult process. When I phone Santam on Friday Morris at 011 489 2797 told me Innocent was supposed to have contacted me already with the settlement, but he will make sure Innocent phones me before he goes home. Once again no futher reply from them. When I phone Innocent this morning, he said to me he is busy but will phone me back. I said to him he was supposed to phone me back on Friday already but if he doesnt phone me today Im going to the newspapers about their service. He's answer to me was "you do that"!!!
