Worst of the worst in Service

In February 2013 a insured of Santam, run a stop sign and drove into my car, He admitted that he was in the wrong, and a case was opened at the police station. I send all the paperwork including the 3 quotes they as requested by Santam to their office. We first spoke to an Ernest, then the case was handed over to Ernette who completed the work on her side and send it to Morris. I were never contacted by Morris so we emailed Ernette who respond by advising us Morris need the photos of the accident, The photos was emailed to him, once again no communication. I then contacted Ernette again who told me the claim was send to their asseser. On the 27/03/2013 Thulani phoned my husband advising him that we owe Santam R24000.00 my husband explaind to him their insured drove into us. He then respond by saying ok.
He then called back making an offer of R9000, which my husband declined, as the cheapest quote was R12000.00 Thulani then said he will speak to his manager and call back which he never did, my husband had to call him back. He then send the letter stating they will pay us out R5000. I called to decline. I was contacted by Shamilla James who would have emailed me. No response
