Unauthorized billing after switching to FNB

After i laid a complaint through this site my ref number: 311295, a gentleman called me on the 18.07.2013 saying he was from FNB and will be taking a look on the above mentioned complaint and he will get back to me. Since then i've been waiting for that response till today, to make matters worst today is the 25th of the second month and my previous bank (std bank) is still in arrears and more charges will be added into the account.

I just switched to FNB and I am not impressed with their service at all. Their slogan says "How Can We Help You", however, when it comes to them to put their words into action nothing happens. I am beggining to regret even joining the bank from the way they handle things, how can i trust them in haddling my finances while they can't even live up to their promise (an empty promise clearly).

Should I not get response or get an empty promise as they've been giving me since i joined them i will definately close my account with them and join an entity that will service me to the best of their ability.
