Not once contacted by CR. Not even to say "We're still waiting for feedback, will keep you posted".
Each time I've follow up with CR I've been given an empty promise of being called back, latest being Salest who yesterday promised to call me back to check if M. Services had finally pulled thumb. Was just another empty promise.
Had I known that it would take hours of frustrating phone calls & 100s of rands airtime to attempt to accomplish the simplest of things with FNB, I doubt that I would have opened my business account in the 1st place.

Evidently the rot runs right through FNB & I truly pity the few honest & earnest employs who do try to make a constructive difference. That it takes in excess of a week for M Services to failing attempt to think up some fictitious reason to decline my application (that they had previously approved twice) speaks volumes.

Things I look for in a bank are trustworthiness, integrity, honesty, reliability, willingness, empathy & objectivity. None of these words come to mind when I now think of FNB.

Please don't bother giving this complaint a reference number... you've made enough empty promises as it is.
