Debiting my account twice creating extra charges

I had a legal policy with Clientele legal where I was paying R150,
I cancelled it due to money problems,

then later when i got back on my feet,
I took another Legal policy with Clientele, for R180 per month,
Still they are deducting that other R150 from my other account which is costing me too much bank fees and I would like to pay those fees.
