After my previous report on this matter, fnb finally made (an EMPTY) promise to correct the matter by 16:00 on Friday 2013-12-20. Needless to say, they did not keep their promise, and l am still left without money until January as a result of incorrect information given to me and a promise that was never kept. Fnb are liars who, would say anything to keep their unhappy customers quiet. Fnb's service from all the departments that I have dealt with, has been more than pathetic and it is highly apparent that fnb don't really care about their customers. Then they still have the audacity to send me an email asking me to rate their services and how likely l would refer friends and family to fnb... Well, very clearly if fnb was the last bank on the planet, I would advise people to keep their money under a rock, rather than bank with a bank that cannot keep their promises. Thanks fnb, as a result of your incompetence, my kids won't have food or Christmas gifts this Christmas. Fnb is pathetic!!!
