Service and the extra mile with a smile

We had an unfortunate incident with our bookkeeper, and had to change our banking practices, etc. We asked our bankers for help and advice, and were surprised by the lengths Henri and his team were prepared to go to to accommodate and help us. I am the chairperson of a welfare organisation, and we therefore appreciate the Bank's attitude towards us and our beneficiaries all the more. This is what is meant by SERVICE EXCELLENCE!
