UNABLE TO USE YOUR OWN MONEY WHEN IN DIRE NEED

Today being the 25th and pay day, me being a single parent going to the shops and doing my shopping only to come to the till and once swiping my bank card it said no mam declined, 3 times as I insisted that I have money in my account and also bearing the brunt of UTTER EMBARRASSMENT as there was a long line behind me. I make my way to the bank only to be told no they offline that is the reason for decline and IT is fixing the problem. I try the ATM and still decline 'insufficient funds' again upholding a line again embarrassed. Called the call center to get a person on the other end telling me the same thing and was rude and unprofessional! I asked for the manager telling him I acknowledge what the problem is but I want to know how at that minute I am to get home??? purchase my groceries??? and so forth. My time was wasted, I can not use my own money and I must sit in the cold and wait till you guys go on line before I can draw my traveling money!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! An apology is not going to be good enough after this humiliating experience I have had to endure!
