Shoprite should relook at how to handle!

I visited the store to purchase a few item's and withdraw money at the till, the till went off line after i had put in my pin, i received an sms confirmation from my bank stating the funds were deducted, but the store manager said its not sufficient for them as the second till slip that i have to sign did not print, so she decided to check my bank balance on the till to see if it will correspond with my sms, and off course it did, the amount was deducted, it was still not enough for her, we called the CAPITEC call centre, the agent confirmed this stating that the funds have been removed from my account and placed on hold so when the store does its banking the following day, it will be released to them. again that was not enough for the store mananger. i must say i was very upset and frustrated as the money i had withdraw had to be deposited at the money market. I left the store at a rage with no groceries and no money. the next day i followed up by calling the store at around 9am Accurate finally resolved my query by confirming what i was saying all along, the funds were received by shoprite. I was compensated with a credit on my purchase by Boitumelo&Accurate. thank u
