Embarressed due to system errors

Both me and my husband bank with Capitec, twice this weekend we tried to pay for services using our Capitec cards, and due to the system being offline the card payments reflect insufficient funds, this is absolutely ridiculous. As we had to pay out of our other bank account which is costly and more expensive. This is a real embarresment when you spent an hour shopping for groceries and then not being able to pay for it. Looks like a new penny always shines brighter.
