I called Liberty Life to request that i surrender my policy due to the high premiums and that i would need to cash in my policy. i was told that i will not receive any cash back for premiums paid since 2008. The consultant advised that he will contact my broker and i havent received feedback since. I have always contacted my broker who's been tied up in client meetings. I need someone to assist with the options available to cash in my policy
