Just visited the FNB branch at verulam to make a deposit to an acc, had the worst experience as a customer ever, sharona or sharon was unprofessional an rude, made an error on a deposit slip an when I asked for another, she rudely told me that she cannot wait for me as there are other clients waitin, so who am I if not a client. I was forced to give her my phone to take the details of the acc. It is indeed sad that as a customer we are not valued. Such behaviour should be allowed especially in the banks.
