I took on comprehensive insurance with Dial Direct during the Festive Season - and received a free Tom - Tom. when i checked my policy schedule - there appeared to be two deductions for the serivice of the Tom-Tom. I phoned Dial Direct to enquire and spoke to Samantha. It is now 16h59 and I have had a very long day - I am already tired and was irritable about the double deductions. Samantha was very efficient, thorough, patient and very comforting to speak with - the took me through each amount on my policy with a patience of a tortoise. Kudos to Ms Arendse.
