I just got a phone call from a lady from Nedbank, she asked me what my ID number was, and then she asked me when my salary got paid into my account. Then she just say bye and put down the phone, not giving me a chance to ask questions.
Previously I was told that if I change my debit order from the 25th (which I didn't chose as a debit date) to the 1st (after payday), I must pay double for the month.
So, why did I just receive this phone call, this month's debit went off on the 25th. I'm not going to pay again on the first.
Are they now going to double claim the month's instalment now and move the debit date to the first? On my statements it clearly shows that the past two month's debits did go off.
Ever since I got this personal loan two months ago, it's been a nightmare, I'm considering closing my accounts at Nedbank.
