My husband was a client of Nedbank, and got garnished by Coombe. This was in error as he was under debt counselling at a time. Nedbank withdrew legal actions and provided a settlement amount which my husband paid and the account was suppossedly closed.
The garnishee has not been stopped, no letter sent to his employer to stop deductions as a result a R1000 is taken off his salary each month. No one responds to our emails and its getting frustrating and costly to keep contact as their call lines are always busy and have to hold for a long time & cant even speak to the Legal secretary concerned.
We need the following.
1. Letter to stop garnishee to be sent to employer ASAP. We will take it to employer ourselves.
2. Letter authorising rescission of court judgment.
3. REFUND OUR MONEY AND DISCUSS TREATMENT OF ANY FURTHER DEDUCTIONS. PLEASE!!!
