I have took a samsung galaxy S4 with fnb as a new client and those are the terms I agreed upon. I recieved the device around june without a sim card after which I called fnb and the call agent highlighted that i am an old customer, but i explained the situation and he took the matter to his boss for which the mentioned that with my situation, I am a new client and they will send my sim card. They did not send the sim card and i thought is becuase the salary switch was in process that is why they did not. At the end of July, I called again and the other online agent told me the same story and I explained the situation and he said he will come back to me. I am still waiting even today. What i want from FNB noe is my SIM card or they come and collect their phone and refund me every single cent and yes, i will still switch my salary back to ABSA. Thank you, they should listen to their call recordings
