I'm really starting to get annoyed by this

On the 28 March 2013 @ 08:48 I was assisted by user A159562 to load beneficiaries on my Cheque account few weeks later I couldn't process any transfers then I decided to visit the Maponya Mall Branch the reassured me that she increased my daily limit to R2000 as it was not loaded in South Gate, I can start transacting in 24hoursried to transfer money few days ago n today but I'm still getting the same error (exceeded limit). I was still banking with FNB I wouldn't be experiencing this. Please advise what is happening as I really don't have time and energy to go stand in those long ques again.
