We had a domestic emergency on the weekend with a blocked drain pipe. Outsurance sent out a plumber as part of the Help at Out program. They were awesome (Outsurance), in assisting and following up, and I really appreciate it! I must just give one piece of criticism in that the plumbing company sent out a single worker. Surely you need more than one person to unblock a drain 20 meters down the line?! But the worker was absolutely wonderful, skilled and professional. Thanks guys
