MOVING FORWARD... ON CUSTOMERS MISERY

Friday I received an sms that Standard Bank has debited my account for my outstanding arrears on my personal loan account, without notifying me or making any contact with me, when I checked my balance a R1000 has been transferred from my account without my knowledge. I went to the branch who couldn't help me much but at least help me call the call centre which I had on line for about 45 minutes with a rude consultant talking to me like i was some piece of! Anyway I explained this Claudette consultant in the recoveries department that i need this money and that nobody ever called me to make arrangements for money for this account-i also told her that i received some calls from the bank and they were asked to call me at a specific time back and they didn't not my fault that they cant adhere to time, i asked her if they tried calling on my work phone and she couldn't answer me-Yes i know it is my responsibility to look after my accounts too, but i didn't mess it up in the 1st place-I think it is so inhuman to just take someones money and this from a bank i trust and my salary gets paid into every month-they say it is in the terms and conditions that was never read to me or explained
