Incorrect data on Capitec system

Good day,
I went to your branch in Stellenbosch, and told me i got a Adverse listing on my name dated 2012. The lady in the branch contacted Compuscan to ask about the Adverse listing and they confirmed 2011. Could you please update your system or do a Force credit update.
Please advise status.
