Credit card account dissapeared from profile

Hi

My Credit card account has dissapeared from my internet banking profile.
Why has this happened, is this a problem with the system??
i pay my installments by transferring funds into that account, now with it not being there what do i do?
i have no time to visit the bank to manually pay this as i finish work way after the banks are closed.
can you please advise???
